Welcome to Shirlee’s Pathway™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and purchasing or accessing our products, programs, and services.

By visiting this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About Shirlee’s Pathway™

Shirlee’s Pathway™ provides educational products, self-paced programs, digital resources, physical products, and related services designed to support personal growth and healing after narcissistic abuse.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products and services.

3. Educational Purpose and Important Disclaimer

All Shirlee’s Pathway™ content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Our programs and materials are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

Shirlee is a life coach sharing education, personal experience, and practices that supported her own journey. Your experience may be different. Nothing provided by Shirlee’s Pathway™ should replace care or advice from a qualified physician, therapist, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed provider.

Never delay or disregard professional advice because of information provided through Shirlee’s Pathway™. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, practice, product, or program is appropriate for you.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Testimonials, personal stories, examples, and descriptions of possible outcomes do not guarantee that you will receive the same result.

Personal growth and healing are different for every person. Results depend on many factors, including individual circumstances, participation, effort, outside support, and decisions. Shirlee’s Pathway™ does not promise or guarantee healing, recovery, transformation, financial results, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result.

5. Products and Services

Shirlee’s Pathway™ may offer:

• Online courses and self-paced digital programs
• Standalone digital products
• Downloadable and printable educational materials
• Physical products
• Bundles and promotional offers
• Complimentary gifts and bonus materials
• Coaching, events, retreats, or other services offered in the future

The description, contents, availability, price, delivery method, and eligibility requirements for each offer will be shown on its sales or checkout page.

We may update, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue parts of a product when reasonably necessary. Any material change will be handled in a manner consistent with applicable law.

6. Accounts and Member Access

Some products require a Kajabi member account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, allow another person to access paid content through your account, or transfer your access to someone else.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or remove access when we reasonably believe an account is being shared, used fraudulently, used to violate these Terms, or used in a way that harms Shirlee’s Pathway™, its members, or its systems.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. A later price change does not alter a completed purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout when required.

Payments may be processed through Kajabi Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or another payment provider displayed at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the selected provider to charge the payment method you submit.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all amounts associated with your purchase.

8. Klarna, Afterpay, and Other Installment Options

Klarna, Afterpay, and similar services are independent third-party payment providers. They determine eligibility, approval, payment schedules, financing terms, interest, charges, late fees, and account decisions.

If you select an installment option, you also agree to that provider’s separate terms. Shirlee’s Pathway™ does not control or change those terms and cannot make decisions on the provider’s behalf.

Using an installment option does not change the refund eligibility of the product you purchased. If Shirlee’s Pathway™ approves a refund, it will be submitted through the original payment provider. You remain responsible for scheduled payments until the provider confirms how the refund affects your payment plan.

9. Refunds and Returns

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Product eligibility depends on whether the purchase is an online course or digital program, a standalone digital product, a physical product, a bundle, a complimentary item, or a future service.

Online Courses and Digital Programs

A customer may request a refund within seven calendar days of the original purchase date. If approved, access to the course, program, member area, and included materials will be removed.

Standalone Digital Products

Standalone digital products are generally final sale after access or delivery has been provided because they cannot be physically returned. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, incorrect products, defective or inaccessible files that we cannot correct or replace, or when required by law.

Physical Products

Physical-product returns and replacements are governed by the conditions and deadlines stated in the Refund Policy.

Bundles and Included Materials

When downloadable resources are included as part of an online course, digital program, bundle, or complimentary offer, they follow the refund terms of the main purchased offer and have no separate refundable value.

If the main offer is refunded, access to all included digital content will be removed, and the customer’s license to retain, copy, share, print, or continue using included downloaded materials will end.

Complimentary and Promotional Items

Complimentary gifts, bonus materials, promotional items, and products provided at no additional charge have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund, cash payment, store credit, or exchange.

When a refund for the main purchased offer is approved, the customer forfeits eligibility for all complimentary physical items connected to that purchase. Any complimentary item that has not yet shipped will not be provided.

10. Lifetime Access

When an offer includes “lifetime access,” this means access for the commercial lifetime of that product while Shirlee’s Pathway™ continues to own, offer, and support it.

It does not mean the customer’s natural lifetime and does not guarantee that Kajabi, another hosting platform, the product, or Shirlee’s Pathway™ will operate forever.

We may move content to another platform or delivery method. When reasonably possible, we will provide instructions or notice to affected customers.

11. Shipping and Physical Delivery

Physical products are tangible items produced or supplied and shipped by Shirlee’s Pathway™, including, but not limited to, pre-printed guides and materials, spiral-bound workbooks, books, journals, cards, Welcome Kits, and future physical merchandise.

A downloadable or printable digital product remains a digital product under these Terms, even if a customer chooses to print it.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Shirlee’s Pathway™ is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. International customers, when international shipping is offered, are responsible for applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, and import restrictions unless stated otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, frameworks, guides, workbooks, videos, audio, graphics, designs, downloads, written content, branding, and other materials made available by Shirlee’s Pathway™ are owned by or licensed to Shirlee’s Pathway™ and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

• The Secret to Living Free™
• The Living Free Pathway™
• The PATHWAY Roadmap
• Course structures, exercises, teaching methods, and original written materials

Purchasing a product gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use it for your own education.

You may not copy, reproduce, upload, publish, sell, resell, license, distribute, share, teach, alter, translate, create derivative products from, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

You may not upload our materials to artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, shared databases, document repositories, or other tools for training, analysis, reproduction, or content generation.

Copyright and trademark notices may not be removed or altered.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or protected content
• Share paid access or distribute protected materials
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Submit malware, automated scraping tools, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person
• Misrepresent your relationship with Shirlee’s Pathway™

We may restrict access when necessary to protect our business, customers, content, or systems.

14. Community and Future Interactive Features

If community discussions, group programs, comments, or other interactive features are offered, participants must communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of others.

You may not share another participant’s story, name, image, personal information, or statements outside the group without that person’s clear permission.

Interactive spaces are not confidential therapy environments. Participants should avoid sharing information they would not want others to see or retain.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our website and products may use or link to services operated by Kajabi, payment providers, video hosts, social-media platforms, shipping services, and other third parties.

Shirlee’s Pathway™ does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate policies.

16. Website and Product Availability

We work to keep our website, accounts, and products available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, security events, platform changes, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

When reasonably possible, we will work to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.

Our website also uses a cookie-consent tool that allows visitors to accept, decline, or manage optional cookies.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, programs, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Shirlee’s Pathway™ does not guarantee that every product will meet every person’s needs, that access will always be uninterrupted, or that all content will be free from every error. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shirlee’s Pathway™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, products, programs, or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Shirlee’s Pathway™ for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your unauthorized sharing or commercial use of our materials, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

21. Termination

You may stop using our website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when a customer materially violates these Terms, commits fraud, abuses another person, threatens system security, or infringes our intellectual property.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or provisions that reasonably continue after access ends, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, business practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes apply going forward. When required by law, we will provide additional notice.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Shirlee’s Pathway™ and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

24. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If Shirlee’s Pathway™ does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any additional terms clearly presented for a specific offer form the agreement between you and Shirlee’s Pathway™ regarding that purchase or use.
